2. What Peil is, and is not

Peil is software for technical chart analysis. On a TradingView chart that you open, it sends an image of the chart area to an AI model and draws the result on your chart: market structure, zones, and a scenario with an entry, stop and target level. Plain code then re-checks what can be re-checked, such as the risk/reward ratio after fees, and shows where the read is weak.

Not advice. Peil gives no investment advice, no personal recommendation and no signals to follow. It does not know your financial situation, your goals, your experience, your positions or how much you can afford to lose, and it does not take them into account. Anyone looking at the same chart at the same moment gets the same kind of read.

Never trades. Peil has no connection to a broker or exchange and cannot place, change or close an order.

Can be wrong. An AI model estimates candles and levels from an image. Reads can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date by the time you see them. A level on your chart is a scenario generated by software, not a prediction and not an instruction.

Your decision, your risk. Trading crypto-assets, leveraged products and other financial instruments is risky and you can lose all the money you put in. Examples and scenarios are illustrations; past price behaviour says nothing reliable about the future. If you need advice, ask a licensed adviser.

To use Peil you need a Chromium-based desktop browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc), an internet connection and a TradingView chart; a free TradingView plan is enough. Peil depends on how TradingView’s website works and on the AI models of our provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView, and you remain bound by TradingView’s own terms.

3. Your account

4. Credits

5. Prices and payment

6. Renewal and cancelling

7. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The full instructions, the online withdrawal function and the model form are on Withdrawal and refunds. In short:

8. Your legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU have a legal guarantee that a digital service is what was agreed and what you may reasonably expect of it, for the whole period of the subscription. That includes the updates needed to keep Peil working, including security updates, which we provide through the Chrome Web Store at no extra cost. If Peil does not conform, tell us: we will put it right within a reasonable time and free of charge. If we cannot, you are entitled to a fair price reduction or, unless the problem is minor, to end the contract and receive a refund. These rights come from the law; nothing in these terms limits them.

What you may expect follows from what Peil is (section 2): software that produces an AI-generated read of a chart. A read that turns out wrong about the market is not a defect. Peil not working as described is.

9. Changes to Peil or these terms

10. Fair use

Do not:

11. Ownership

Peil, its software and its texts are ours or our licensors’. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for as long as you have an account. The reads Peil produces are yours to use for your own analysis; you may share screenshots as long as you do not present them as advice from us. Charts and trademarks of TradingView belong to TradingView.

12. Liability

13. Suspension and ending

14. Complaints and disputes

Tell us what went wrong at [contact email]. You get a reply from a person within 5 working days and a solution or a clear answer within 14 days. We are not a member of a dispute committee or another out-of-court dispute resolution body. If we cannot work it out, you can go to court as described below; consumers in the EU can also ask their European Consumer Centre for help.

15. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country as well as the Dutch courts. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights than these terms, for example on automatic renewal or cancelling, those rights apply. If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
